Terms of Service

The terms on which Foxioneer Solutions makes this website available.

Last updated: 4 August 2026

1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the website at foxioneer.com(the “Site”), operated by Foxioneer Solutions. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.

These terms cover the website only. They do not govern any software, product or service we supply to a client. Any engagement with Foxioneer Solutions — including any licence to use our products — is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where that agreement and these terms differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.

2. Use of the Site

You may view, browse and print pages of the Site for your own information and for legitimate business purposes. You agree not to:

  • use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, the server it runs on, or any connected system;
  • interfere with the operation of the Site, including by introducing malicious code or by placing an unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
  • scrape, harvest or systematically extract content from the Site for the purpose of building a competing offering;
  • use the contact form to send unsolicited commercial messages, abusive content or anything unlawful.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its contents — including text, layout, graphics, the Foxioneer name and the Foxioneer logo — are owned by Foxioneer Solutions or licensed to us, and are protected by intellectual property law.

You may quote short extracts with clear attribution and a link back to the Site. Beyond that, you may not copy, republish, adapt or distribute any part of the Site without our prior written permission. Our name and logo may not be used to imply endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.

4. Information on the Site

The Site describes our products, services and approach in general terms. It is provided for information only and does not constitute professional, technical or commercial advice, and it should not be relied on as the sole basis for a business decision.

Product descriptions reflect our current offering and roadmap. Features described as planned or in development may change, may be delivered on a different timescale, or may not be released at all. Nothing on the Site is an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract arises until terms are agreed in writing.

5. No warranty

We work to keep the Site accurate and available, but we provide it “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties or representations that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, free of harmful components, or that the information on it is complete or current at any given moment.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Site at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Foxioneer Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

7. Third-party links

The Site links to other websites, including our profiles on third-party platforms. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, their availability or their handling of your data. A link does not imply endorsement.

8. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page is the one that applies to your use of the Site, and the “last updated” date above shows when it last changed. Please check this page periodically.

10. Governing law

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the People’s Democratic Republic of Algeria, and the competent courts of Algeria shall have jurisdiction.

11. Contact

Questions about these terms should go to contact@foxioneer.com, or see our contact page.
